I probably won't weigh myself again until Monday, since I'm going home this weekend. Ideally, I would weigh in under 152 when I return. I'm not concerned about losing this weekend; I just don't want to gain.
#1 goal: find time to put in a good work out Sat and Sun. It is so important, since I'll be consuming a good amount of alcohol tonight.
#2 goal: pack good food choices & resist processed foods and simple carbohydrates while at mom's
#3 goal: continue to drink a lot of water throughout the day
