Okay, rough weekend. It was a long weekend here which was nice but what did I do? I got a cold, and not just any cold a chest cold;P and we had local smoke that was supper thick an would make your eyes burn. The worst kind for me. It totally sucked. It wasted a big part of my weekend. So I just tried to survive. At least yesterday I was wiped but still managed to take the family to the pool and then we went for a walk to the park and had a great day. So not a total loss and no weight loss but what can I say? Today I'm still not 100% but I'm better than I was so this week is looking up. I promised myself I'll quit doing one bad thing when I get back down to 175lbs. I have quit a few times but things have been stressful (no excuse) and now I'm ready to say enough.

I hope you feel better soon. It's hard to stick with a program especially when you don't feel well. Get better and then get focused on your plans.
