Thank you Mer. 💕 This wad actually a repair job. 🥴 I put too much seasoning on the cod when I baked it, too salty. By adding the tomato and purple onion it mellowed it out a little, but the yogurt with balsamic and a splash of maple syrup did the trick. I wold have added more guacamole, but I am super picky about m guacamole and Joe made this batch and some of it had turned brown, so only a dollop for me. 😁
