That looks delicious! Glad to see someone else eating a poached egg! Low cost, low cal, high quality source of protein! (most of the nutrition is in the yummy yolk!)

Cabbage is a lovely thing, isn't it? I have yet to figure out how to poach an egg properly at home. I've seen videos that make it look so easy, but I never seem to pull it off. And I do love eggs poached easy with runny yolks.
