Fasting blood sugar 111/ weight 164.1
Plan: IF/ low carb high protein
Skipped breakfast. Lunch: turkey patty, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheesey cauliflower, peaches and kiwi, cream. Supper: breaded fish fillets, cheesey cauliflower, tomatoes, Okra, coleslaw. Snack: Almond bread, butter.
Weeded garden for two hours, caught up for the time being. Pulled up rest of beets, ready to plant more for fall garden. Actually took a nap to recuperate from gardening in the heat! Baked low carb almond bread.
