Got up, weighed myself.. lost another 1.8 lbs since yesterday--42 lbs lost so far, 8 lbs to my next goal... (got 131 lbs to go)
I should be pretty stoked about this, but man I am bummed out today-- not as the result of my weigh in...Had a rough night at work last night, did not feel that we did the best that could be done- but the best with that I had. When this occurs, I always feel like I had let someone down-- that I could not have done better-very frustrating. But I did not go on a eating frenzy when I got home (finding comfort in food).. which is good..

Hang in there with your workplace circumstances. Stress at work can seem immeasurable at times. It can also be a reason (excuse) to eat. I have been retired for one year. I THOUGHT that having all the free time would help me lose weight. Now I am thinking that a structured day at work could have worked. Ha! GREAT JOB not reaching for COMFORT GRUB when you got home.

I ate salad's-- something to munch on, that is my own cheat food (that I do not count in my intake)...

Great job on the weight loss. If you did the best you could at the time with work that really as all you could do. No one is 100% every day. AND....nice job on controlling what you ate at home. Sounds like we're alike in that, food has been my comfort and when I'm upset I can find lots of reasons why it's OK to pig out on comfort foods and it's somebody else's fault, not mine.
