Back to work today. The good thing is I tend to eat better on work days, I plan better and don't forget to eat. Still need to work on my menu for the week. I do have grilled chicken done for on the go dinners for ballgame nights. I have bread again, hadn't made any for a couple weeks, lettuce and lambs quarters for salad from my yard, bulgur soaked for some taboulli as there is lots of mint. Time to get moving.

I eat better on work days as well. Sounds like you have a good start on your menu. I forgot to take my chicken out of the freezer..grrr
