Progress report on my dieting.. (for wondering minds out there)
If I lost 1 lb a week, I am 30 wks ahead (196 days)
Lost 2 lbs a week, 15 weeks ahead (105 days)
3 lbs a week, 4.5 weeks ahead (31 days)
4 lbs a week, 1.7 weeks ahead (12 days)
5 lbs a week, behind .142 weeks (1 day behind)
Lost 36 lbs in 52 days .692 lbs a day or 4.645 lbs a week
At the current pace I have another 29.7 weeks to go, (or a little over 208 days)...
