I feel like I am a basket case.. one day I am feeling great- gun ho on my diet, then other days-like tonight- I see ok I have lost 35<?> lbs, and I got 58 lbs to go even to get half way point.. what is the use of it? Like I had said so many times, it is a battle not a war that I am fighting.. this is temporary feeling, not my over all feeling.. I know that it will pass as well. It does not help that my right knee, which is my knee and not the replacement knee is hurting so much most of the time--
It feels great when I am done walking, but going over there and doing it, is too different things. It is discouraging at times you know? Surprises me that how much my knee affects and effects my attitude on exercises- and out look..
People asking me.. do you feel better, I want to be brunt truthful-- Heck no.. but I don't, and will not.. I usually give the frog in the pot of water illustration....


I keep going on it, due to my blood work report, not really great..
Know what I miss the most, pizza, ice cream, candy bars, all of the bad stuff..lol..but yogurt, weight watching type of snacks has to do..
I have a poster on my ref, with Al from Home Improvement with the words "Is that food that has 130 calories worth 30 minutes on the treadmill, I don't think so Tim!" It helps to be reminded on how much goodies can "cost" me...
yeah I am behaving myself.. but don't feel like it..

ok later: 1:30am-- just got back from the exercise room-- I needed that..
I got on the tread mill.. got up to 3.3MPH (.2 better than this morning) went 1.55 miles, then got on the stationary bike and went 1.55 miles.. I am sweaty and kind of shaky.. but feeling better...
