They look gorgeous, can you miss out the banana? 

Hi Dusk and Jen Recipe is 45grm of rolled porridge oats, Half a tea spoon of baking powder, Pinch of salt, Two eggs and two bananas. Blend it all and leave it for about 15 mins. Frying pan and use a table spoon full to get portion sizes. I add defrosted frozen blueberries and some honey. Let me know if you enjoy. Also Dusk maybe leave the pinch of salt out?  

Trytrytryagaonagain you could miss the banana out I guess but I’d suggest more oats and perhaps a splash of milk so they aren’t too thick or too runny perhaps ? Maybe worth a try  

I make a version of these with 40g rolled oats (blended to make it more like a flour) then add 1 egg, dessert spoon sweetener and few drops of myprotein flavdrops in maple or butter biscuit. mix it and leave for 10 mins to absorb n fry in frylight. 250 cals and then u can add whatever toppings u like. my wknd treat 😋
