Well, doing ok.. not really great, but not really down in the dumps either. I have been gaining a little over the last couple of days (Evil Little Ceaser's ;-) ) I mean really little, like .4 lbs... my weight loss is gradually slowing down, I have lost 2.4 lbs this week-- not the five or six pounds that I had experience. (But my calorie intake was 1184 over my goal for the week as well.. that is over a half a day's worth of calorie in take.. Like I said Evil little Ceaser's!!)
I am wondering, since I am starting exercises-- walking and working on weights, would that affect (or is it effect) my weight loss? I think it would, for the "negative," as it comes to weight loss.. Muscles being toned vs loss of fat?.. I think it would.. Not saying that it already has, but just wondering that is all....
