I am so glad that our apartment complex has a exercise room that we can use any time...it is now 1:25am.. just got back from 1/2 hour on the treadmill, and 1/2 hour on the weight machine.. sweaty and feeling good..
still long ways to go.. (I wish that they did not have mirrors on the wall facing the treadmills.. I see all of my fat that I am trying to burn...lol)
