Did not have my most disciplined week being extra busy at work and school, and a weekend at the cottage had me believing I would rise for sure. Barely got my workouts in and was not eating healthy. Seeing a small drop even though I thought I’d see a setback let’s me know that the habits I’ve tried to build are working, likely eating less overall and not overdoing the fatty foods. 2/3 of the way to my goal and it’ll be time to start focusing on upping protein and gaining more muscle
