What motivates you?
My goal is twofold: aesthetic and health. I want to look good but I also want to protect myself from the increase cardiovascular disease and diabetes risks that come with testosterone replacement therapy. I honestly thought losing weight would be easier on T but it's been about as difficult as it was pre-HRT. Just gotta keep those goals in mind and push through it.

Did not know those types of risk came with testoterone treatment, wow! good for you for being proactive. personally im just tryna be comfy in a bathing suit!!!

My goal is similar - looking good to attract a mate and being healthy in order to live a long life.

To prevent gout. My ultimate goal is to have a good looking body like Bruce Lee. Thanks to these two things, I can maintain my motivation.✨ ▽°|b✨

How long have you been on hrt?… I’m on test as well… but only for about 6 weeks and all I have done is gain weight like 10lbs so far .. although I have had strength increases and fat redistribution … hoping most of weight gain is just water and muscle

I've been on HRT for 14 months now! I gained about 30lb after starting it and that was a big wake-up call for me. Thanks for sharing all of your goals, it's always great to hear what keeps others going 🌻
