I have been trying to come up with some tofu recipes that I can enjoy. No luck yet. Yours looks good!!!

John, mapo tofu is one of my top favorite tofu dishes. Well worth trying. You need a special fermented chili bean paste and szechuan pepper corns to make it, but everything else is normal. Raw ginger, garlic, ground meat (traditional is pork), chicken stock, sesame oil. It's sooo full of flavor it's ridiculous
