Today marks 1 month since I started this journey seriously! 🥳 Since I shared a photo to hold me accountable, I wanted to share my progress.
I knew I felt better and I could tell I was thinner because clothes weren't such a tight fit; but when I compared the original photos to today, I could only see the difference if I REALLLLYYYY looked hard..
I wanted to see something... so I sucked it in 😂 and OMG. Before, when I would suck it in, it just looked the same as when I was relaxed. Now there's signs of definition! 🤯

P.S. I decided to start measuring (inaccurately probably as this was very difficult alone lol but close enough!):

- upper arm: 31.75 cm
- chest: 84 cm
- waist: 83 cm
- hip: 96 cm
- quad: 56.5 cm
- calf: 36.5 cm
