I've had 2 mini special dark Hershey bars daily, but beyond that I have done my best to stick firmly to my approach. I am finally feeling energized enough to add some exercise into my daily routine! I went to the beach last night and it was so refreshing and so relaxing, I told my husband it's going to be a nightly thing.
Edit: I had to cinch my shorts all the way today and they are STILL loose!
