The chubby me and thin me are arguing today. One says give up I’m tired - just accept this is you now. It’s ok. Acceptance is what everyone preaches. The other says I’m who you really are. Let me out so we can feel like us again.

Maybe try to get some rest so that your mind is clear. I've been trying to not make any descions when I'm tired or stressed. I always know the answer and the right thing to do once I feel more settled. until then i just eat veggies or fruit. You can do this!

Don’t give up now! I’ve been where you are, it’s very tempting at times. Tell that food tempting you it has no power over you! Say in the mirror I’m the master of every morsel that passes my lips and as such I choose to only allow what my body needs! Sounds silly but it does help!

Ah yes, the ol’ stinkin thinkin. Sometimes I talk out loud to “her”. The other day I finally had enough and said SHUT UP really loud, forgetting my grandson was there 😱he bout crapped his pants 🤣🤣🤣
