It's a stormy day, I need to get this dropped in here for the Day. Nothing really has happened to flip over lol. But I'm thankful for sticking with the workouts. I'm learning that my body will not tolerate to many days of them in a week. then I cut down on the days and now I seem to be making some progress and do feel better. I'm not sure, but It is making me listen to my body more. I hope all is going well for all of you. I'll keep moving.
