Let my journey to pre-pandemic body begin! Time has come when I said to myself that’s enough! It was on that day when I weighed myself and saw 3-digit number on the scales. Seriously I can’t let myself continue finding excuses that gyms are still closed or that food is my primary source of pleasure during these lockdowns. There is much more to life than delicious food and video games (which is mostly all I was doing for the past year). Finally I’m back to my brisk walking again, and recently I discovered stairs climbing as a new type of cardio exercises for me, luckily my apartment building has 15 floors to climb. In the end there are always tons of new ways to get more active and increase those endorphins levels.
