Time to start running again. I have disciplined myself for 1 week with the food I eat.
So, 3 days a week I will run 4.2 km (2.6 miles, 2 or 3 days a week I will do some strength training (Gym Ra beginners vid on youtube) and latin dancing every Thursday.
The hard part is to not allow work to interfere with my new regime.
Gotta try.
