Pep talk to myself. Went out last night and imbibed a bit too much. It was vodka which is 0 carbs and surprisingly did not goof up eating all the bad foods that were around me. There were nachos, pizza, etc. I had 5 wings and called it a day. Yay me for being in that situation, because normally I would have been all over that stuff. However, this morning I totally woke up feeling like crap. Had a half a glass of lemonade because I felt my body needed some sugar. Also, had errands to run this a.m. and stopped and got an egg mcmuffin. I've totally blown my carbs for the day. Hoping to bounce back after the morning fiasco.
