Decided to change my goal, from 98lbs to 100lbs even.
What's 2 more pounds in the grand scheme of things? :D
Previous goal was 165, not it is 163.
I may end up going for more, but the minimum is that 100lbs.
I will make some mini goals along the way, as I have done in the past.

I've lost 77 so far, and have 23more to go now.

Amazing work! Doesn't it boggle the mind when you think that the old you was carrying around 77 extra pounds, 24/7/365??

Good for you! I'm working on 100 lbs myself. I'm 10 lbs down in a little under a month! How did you stay motivated the whole time?

Kudos if you can do it and I hope you can. I'm having the worse time getting to 165. Would like to see 155. But then, if this aged body is happy and comfortable where it is or around 165, sure beats 246. Good Luck!!

Keep in mind you're also converting fat to muscle so the number may need to be higher to allow for that.

Teach, I am a really goal oriented person.......:) Lots of support from my husband and the fact that I NEVER want to go back to feeling so bad again--- I physically feel better with each pound I lose. Thanks for all the support, ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!
