My hubs and I went away over night to stay with some friends on Saturday. We haven’t gone anywhere in so long. Too long. We drove over 2 hours there and then back again but it was worth it! I laughed so hard and foe so long my stomach muscles ache! I did not indulge all week because I knew we would be eating things that I don’t even allow in my house. But my friend had Unbun pizza crust for me for supper and we had a delicious Caesar salad. So I didn’t feel deprived at all....and then came dessert. Oh lawd help me! I indulged. BUT it made me feel so awful that I doubt I will ever do that again. And my head started to pound immediately. So I drank lots of water and got back on track right away. What a wonderful weekend!
