When should you weight yourself? Everyday? Once a week? I want to make sure I do it properly not to get discouraged.

Never after you eat. Food and water will just add to your weight and make you feel bad because you “think you’ve gained 2 pounds” when in reality it’s the food. Also twice a week is good. Monday is good to know for any damage you did over the weekend and Friday is good to make sure you’re one track at the end of the week! Hope this helps

it's up to your comfort and accountability level. For me, weighing everyday day means I'm more likely to stay on track.
The one rule I recommend us to weigh yourself when you get up in the morning before having anything to eat or drink and you shower. That way food, water, etcetera doesn't affect your weight.
