Trying again today. Yesterday wasn't the best with my eating, and when I got home my head was pounding and it was later than I'd hoped, so I made dinner and didn't do much of anything. So far today my head isn't as bad, so hopefully the day goes smoothly.

No workouts the past 2 days, so tonight I have to get one done. I've just been feeling lazy, but part of that is the headache I've had. Headaches just make me want to do nothing but sleep. I do think if I get a workout done tonight I'll feel better though, the headache may not be gone, but mentally I'll feel good.

This afternoon I am serving at a retirement coffee, it seems like I've been doing a lot of those lately. It's nice to get to help out for the guys who are retiring after 30+ years, but sad to see them go. Today is actually my 7 year work anniversary. Where does the time go? Maybe I'll have a piece of retirement cake to celebrate, but only a small one. :)

Congrats on your 7 year anniversary, that is great. I am sorry about your headache, I do hope it gets better. Do the best you can, if you don't make a workout it is okay. Your body may be telling you something, and if you do make one then that is even better. Have a great day.
