First Day I way myself knowing that I had gain weight, but never had I imagine this much. This is a new chapter to my life. I finally got my career in track now I need some me time.

Good for you- weighing yourself for the first time in a while can be very anxiety-inducing, so you’re over that hurdle! Most of us passively gain weight (or I did anyway!) and so now we have to be intentional about losing it, that’s all! Making the decision to make a change is a great first step :)
