breakfast, olive oil on salad, sm amt of Parm, cheese, cube steak-------diet circle is 3/4 fat. Would you say that is high fat!!!!!!
wait a minute, I added brussle sprouts, that brought the fat % down!!!!!
adding to the journal!!! lunch another 2 oz cube steak salad with oil and 1/2 T peanut butter-----continuing the high fat roll. one of my many diet books says it is nto the carbs that make you fat, it is the fat----I wonder if he is right!
well I must say the high fat sure kept me full a long time. Then dinner added the protein. So the whole day worked out
