I struggled today. I ate a perfect breakfast, avoided snack time at work (it was a professional learning day so they provided snacks and lunch with dessert), I took my own lunch BUT dessert was snickers cheesecake. I accepted a small piece. But o didn’t stay in the room with all of the off plan food. I went back to my classroom to eat.
By the time I got home at 3:30 I was starving. I made supper right away but grazed as I prepped and then ate a big serving. I counted everything and am still below calories but I feel like I had many empty cals today...and more sugar than I would have had in a week!
I did have over 3 litres of water. Had a long soak in the tub and now I’m in bed! Tomorrow will be better.
