i certainly have a knack for building sammiches WAY too big for me!!! plant based buffalo chicken, avocado, vegan mayo, vegan cheese, and veggie sandwich + a tropical chocolate smoothie for a whopping 750 calories!! worked it off boxing before 💪🏻
