yesterday did 7890 steps. gradually trying to do arm exercises and moving side to side while i do my walking steps. i also try to back kick and front kick. i want to get into better shape. i see people making remarks about joint pain and problems with feet. i have been diagnosed with arthritis in my feet and circulation problems with my calves. pain never goes away but all this exercise is supposed to help. so i walk, walk, walk...

Nice! Was this on a treadmill? I try hard to get in my 6000 steps daily but I often miss the mark. That's a lot of steps lol

Some mornings I just get up and walk around my apt. And try to get at least 1000-1500 steps in. Then I go out in my corridor walk a couple hundred steps then outside for an hour-1 hour and a half I have started going on youtube Watching Leslie Sansone.she has one two three mile workouts. I really like her.. Other time I go to the grocery store and back. That's 6 miles. If I am too tired I take the bus back. Been doing this since last july...I walk everywhere. I Live in Montreal two streets away from the St Lawrence river. I live I

U have to start off small Then u just decide to do it...every day Oh I enter challenges on samsung health. My phone. 200 000 steps a month. It recordd how many steps u do every day. There are all kinds of apps.

I have found evening yin yoga to be helping with my pain levels.

going to try that. i also signed up for two free chair yoga on eventbrite. did one last week. was nice to empty my brain and just think about how to do the yoga...
