Enjoyed the later swim session. Came out feeling energised, not exhausted like last week.
I always exercise fasted so this later swim session takes me into the realms of a 16/8 fast 3 times a week. I think this could be classed as Intermittent Fasting? Let's see how that goes!

Interesting that you like to work out fasted. I do too, although sometimes after I've been consistently low cal for a while I really feel it the lack of available energy. Glad you are feeling back on form.

Yes, I get that occasionally, when I have been deficit for a while. But I usually have enough in the tank to see me through. It wasn't so much that I was off form last week, everyone else seemed to be more on form than me! I still can't work it out.

It is but it’ll be worth it. At the moment because of having to book my gym session I’m having to work around time slots which makes it little more difficult but hopefully that’ll ease off at after the 17th 🤞

I am finding that at the pool, Paul. You don't have to book at my PureGym though so that is much easier managed. Nothing will stop us now though, will it!?

Thanks, Yuliia. I am excited about this new regime. I have no problems fasting if I know I am going to exercise.

i do a 17-18 hour fast everyday...with my morning ride at the end of my fast...great feeling to be fasted and working out
