I have officially lost over 5 stone! Which is the weight of both my little ones combined 😅 I was 18 stone at my heaviest and now weigh under 13 stone. I haven't been in the 12 stone mark for god knows how many yrs 🤔 Now to change my next goal to 11 stone 7. Here's a before and after so far...
