Slept well last night woke up at 8:30, went to bed about midnight.

FBS 113, after breakfast at 10:30 bg was 154 didn't get hungry til 2:30 and ate my almond snack and a cup full of the sweet potato and fruit caserole. Blood sugar was 113 before I ate.

Blood pressure automated about 118/70 and about 120 over 80 manual

Wt. in sweats 190.8

Edema very minimal

took 20 mg lasix, no lisinopril

For supper made mexican cornbread (left out the oil to reduce calories) 1/4 of a pan has about 300 mg of sodium (without the cheese) so I made a pan for david and Geof and one for me (no cheese) It was sooooo good. NO added salt at all. Was really proud of myself today. I ate half a pan of the dish but still only had 600 mg sodium in it.

Still in compliance with both sodium and calories. TOWANDA!!!! for me!!!
