lovely long talk with my trainer about a way of eating. Eat every 3 hrs (only a little food) One day is "high carb day" mod protein ,no fat days and the next 2 days are "low carb, high protein, and mod fat days. this is the cycle you stay on and it causes your body to shed weight like crazy. You may go up a pound or two on the high carb day, You have a complex carb at every meal= 1/2 cup of carb ie. oatmeal. The high protein days you have one carb at breakfast the rest of the meals and snacks are protein, veg, fat. We will see how it works-------

basically the same as the Yoli diet, two protein days no carbs, third day is considered a "meal" day, add one fruit in am, carbs at lunch and dinner

I have never heard of the Yoli diet! Have you ever tried it. We live in a retirement community and are invited over a lot. I am going to have to make sure I stick to the program when I am invited over. I am determined. I will have to decide what is best for me and do it. When you go to someone's house they are deciding what you will eat. I remember in Weight Watchers they said to call the hostess ahead of time and let her know you are on a diet. I have a friend who's husband had heart proplems and when she asked where we wanted to go for dinner she simply said, keep in mind Jim's dietary needs........I figure people will get used to me or else they are not my real friends! Besides when I lose the weight I will have to keep eating this way (healthy) not the type of food often served which helped get me to this weight.
