Well, here it is Friday. So far so good. I love hearing from my buddies, you folks are the best. I am relaxing today, I have been to the church rummage sale for 2 days. It was huge. Today was half price day and I went home with a sack full of good stuff. I am keeping my weekend in perspective. I am not going to sit around and think about eating. My husband is bringing his meal home tonight, it is feed me Friday at the local Eagles club. I am on a mission to get to 10 below my posted goal, so I am going to pass. Have a wonderful healthy weekend.
