I am sooo disappointed in myself. It's been 10days since my surgery and I cant seem to stop myself from eating. It's so bad that I cant even log in what I ate since I have no idea. It is definitely mindless eating because I know I'm not hungry. I caught myself realizing it was 3pm and I hadn't eaten. Next thing I knew I was just eating my lunch, dinner, snack, and didn't stop. Ugh!! It's like I'm systematically trying to eat everything in the house.

Not being able to workout is difficult for me since I cant burn all my energy and it ends up with me eating just to find something to do. I ended up walking the past 2 days since the Dr. said I could do that. It did helped a little. At least I don't feel as jiggly. I don't know how to manage food when all I can do is eat.

Be patient and gentle with yourself. Concentrate on your recovery first, you will be back on track in no time. Stay hydrated water is key. This will help with the hunger/ snack feeling. Herbal tea too. 🍀 speedy recovery 🍀😊👍

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and support! Feels good to have the encouragement. Usually I’m the only one pushing myself to lose weight. Everyone else I know doesn’t think I need to and poopoos my effort. 💚 you guys!

After reading these comments I am going to go brush by teeth and have some herb tea! Be gentle with yourself. Now is the time to stop binging. I was so good for 4 months but binged today. I will stop right now. You stop too.

Just speaking from experience here, but sometimes people out out of boredom. i usd to be really bad for that. maybe find something enjoyable to get your mind on just to get your mind off food and keep your boredom at bay.

surgeries are so hard on your body I'm built out of titanium but it will get better
