I know I haven't written for a bit but there really wasn't much to different in my eating. I have a sweet tooth that is driving me nuts. I need to figure out away to deal with the cravings when they strike.

Try to choose low calorie. If I have a choice I always choose what has the lowest calories. If the calories are about the same, I choose something with more fiber.

thanks my choice of sweets is red lickorice so if I don't have it in the house I can't eat it. Problem is there is a family size bag calling me loud and clear.
