This weight loss thing is just not happening the way it should. I think I have more stress than I admit too. Shay's dog is driving me nuts!! I clean before I got to bed and pick up enough dog hair to make a mini chow and that saying something when bailey is a retriever! I will be glad when they have a place of their own.
Bentley my little buddy is back on allergy pills and antibiotics. Poor little guy being allergic to the grass and getting hives that keep on getting infected sure sucks.
well tomorrow is another day and fingers crossed correct choices will be made.

Well I learned an important lesson last night, don't walk Bailey on a leash! She pulls so badly that my back and hip are out and hurting again. This car accident has sure messed up my life. Oh well at least I can walk my little Bentley. He is 15 pods and losing weight with mommy and supports me the second I ask him if he wants to go for a walk. If he had it his way I would be walking him all day :)
I haven't weighed in and won't until Sunday as I don't want to always be watching the scale.

So today I slept in for some reason. No idea why as I didn't think I had over done anything. I mean yes my back hurt from grocery shopping and carrying in the groceries but I didn't think it was bad. Now today is a lazy not recording every last drop of food in my mouth or exercising to the point I want to drop. Today is just a day that makes me smile.
I met with Sandy and had coffee as he was in town and had a couple of hour that he could spare. I didn't realize he was short but not shorter than me.
