I can't seem to stop eating!:'( Atleast today I overate on peas and almonds.

I'm also like that these last few days (since the chicken "incident" lol) Do our stomachs dilate or something? :S Overeating peas is not that bad. Almonds are more caloric though :P. Try to reduce slowly back to how you were eating before. That's what I'm going to do :P heheh.

Lucky it takes a long time of overeating for our stomachs to expand! Yes i'm trying different things this week to get a grip on my hunger! Thank you for all the support:-)
