weight at doctors office. hey guys I'm down a few pounds! yeah! 😁 I'm happy with that. I know that it isn't much but st least it's going in the right direction.

116.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 35.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks again everyone for all of your support 💙😊 I'm still trying hard to do my best. May be getting an exercise bike tomorrow that will hopefully help, if the lady will work with me on the price. Fingers crossed everyone that she gives me a price in my range 🤞
