Doing pretty good! Now that the weather is nicer I've been getting outside more. Walks at the park, yard work. I'm loving it!!!

That’s great! I had planned to finish fixing a wall the dog messed up, move some stuff in the yard and get back to the gym but the NP told me this week that while I can go to the gym I’ll be limited to light cardio and hand weights. Absolutely NO bending over or anything that would flex my pecks. Since some PT exercises I do flex the chest I should quit those but I’m not going to. No neck pain is worth more to me than the very slight chance (I’m assuming) that flexing my pecks for a stretch exercise would cause issues with my expander that’s placed OVER the muscle. May break out the 5# weights again for some curls at home. 5# weight limit means each arm... right?? 😝
