fat 41% started jump rope and am on day 8 so for every day I increase X 50 jumps. that means today I will do 400 jumps! I am walking at least twice a day sometimes 30 mins or 40 mins and doing body FX which is about 45 mins long. also doing 10 minute body workout. as regards foods I am aiming at 1200 Cal's but it was Easter weekend so I still have some Easter treats to finish off. happy with my progress this week 😊
