Woohoo today is Zumba and then weigh-in when I get back. I am so excited about this today. Still trying to get under the 1500 calories but it is only day 4 so I am going to work harder on that today.Well I weighed myself and it said 407.6 and than I went up and peed and tried again and the scale said 406.8 so I will take that. I am also taking a water pill later so tonight I will check again.

I had a wonderful time and I love it. I drank 32 oz. of water during the class but I just keep going. Sooner or later I will get it all off.
