well today is march 13th and the first day of my week. So this weeks goals are 1) lose another lbs. 2) cut out 10 grams of fat on my diet. 3) cut out 10 grams of carbs. This is going to be tuff but I really want to do this. This is actually the first time that I got the right mind set so I am looking forward to reaching my goal.
