Trying not to get myself riled up, but a certain "frenemy" of mine is pissing me off to the point I wanna smack a bitch.

Any tips for dealing with assholes who are obviously jealous of your weight loss ?????????????????

the best thing you can do to reaaallly rub it in a jealous bitch's face its to do the best you can!! Smash your goals! Your success is poison to them so they'll be choking on their own venom, in the glow of your stunning weigh loss brilliance!! Wannna smack a bitch? do some boxing exercises in a squat position and picture her face :P

I have a coworker that sits next to me like that too. I just talk to other coworkers about all of my exercise so she can hear it lol But good job! You know you are doing something right when people start to notice, even if its not the best attention hehe

This was always about my health, first and foremost.....it is still my main motivation when it's all said and done at the end of the day. Yes, it's great to be down so many sizes and to be looking more fit-but I can see my feet....I can bend to pick something up without getting winded...my blood pressure is great...my blood sugar is STABLE for the first time in over 2 years.......my hair and nails are growing..my face glows with good health...my skin is soft...the weight loss is a "side effect" to my journey to health. An awesome one sure, but not the reason I do this. Her life IS screwed up and miserable and she is full of self loathing. I DO pity her to an extent...but that's no excuse to act like a petty 14 year old "mean girl". All those years she made those comments about fat people having 'no willpower" and "no self control" and they were "lazy" and "disgusting"........screw her.

I am someone who just ignores people like that. I've found no better way to deal with them. If they are an associate by choice I stop being around them. If they are a co-worker, sibling or otherwise not associate by choice I just avoid them where possible and try not to engage them. Hope it gets easier to deal with and think how awesome it is that your doing something to be jealous of =)

Yea..figured I MUST be doing something right for her to be seething in jealousy! (My brain sometimes feels like it has not caught up to my weight loss yet)
