Well went to Curve's today and did a little of the jillian exercises (modified) i can't get up and down off the floor easy so I do the modified exercises and still work out on the machines. I love it. Afterwards I went to Wal-mart to get a few things and i decided to do a speed walk around the outer part of the store boy did I ever feel it later at home. Otherwise I didn't do much today but I ate healthy and I haven't been feeling hungry either but I have been getting my 3 meals a day and I still try to get an Atkins bar or smoothie drink after workout or before if I feel my sugar is low. Tomorrow is Zumba class and at 3:30 pm I am due to step on the scale for my weekly weigh in. I can't wait to see where I am right now.

I haven't tried Jillian yet at Curves. I really need to get some muscle built first. I feel so energized after my workout (even though I could crawl out the door to my car) that I'm going to try to go walk at the track right after if I have time and don't have to get ready for work right away. That's what I did yesterday and earned 4 Activity points. TODAY I could not go to Curves; ran around work like a crazy person, but then went to the track and did 1.5 miles, and earned 7 Activity points so far. The Curves workout is going to be more for building muscle and burning fat, and the walking will be for additional toning; both will burn calories. The machines don't really register on my monitor but that's ok. I know I'm doing it.
