I am really having a hard time with not snacking it surprising. I don't snack often... but when I do... it's healthy.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Snacking is fine, as long as it is as nutrient dense as you can make it, and you allow for the calories. :)
