Until you get a scale I suggest measuring yourself. I may go a little over board but I measure neck upper chest bust. Midriff. Waist Across my naval. Because that is the largest part of my middle. Hips. Then. Left and right. Bicep elbow. Wrist. Thigh knee calf and ankle. If you are getting a scale some can keep track of a lot of info through a phone app

The scale I got is a RENPHO. I got it on amazon for around 50. I think. I like the info I get and it can sync right to your phone and the graphs really help keep track of your progress

I don't know how to make a bio on the phone app. But I heard it can be done. I did mine on a computer. But I rarely log into the computer. I mostly use my phone. So, I don't remember exactly the steps I took but maybe someone else out here who uses the PC version can help.

Lots of the web site options are not available through the Android app. One of them is the bio. You should access the internet site of FatSecret through a browser, eg Chrome. At the right side there is a container box named "Toolbox". There you will find the "My bio" button.
