Tired tonight. Not sure yet how to enter my odd dinner of fried zucci, mushrooms and onions. Was using up veggies and that just seemed good to me while i was cutting them up. More fat in frying than usual. Not too worried. Comfort food for me tonight after a long week. Will probably end up with a stomach ache.

Wholefoodnut - Got to use them up while there are fresh! I often wonder how much fat to count. For example, if I put a tablespoon in and there is some left on the bottom of the pan, I don't feel I should have to count the whole tablespoon.

Couldn't decide last night so will have to remember Monday to go back. My tablet won't let me. They tasted soo good, really crispy and not greasy. Have been wanting onion rings.
